  What is a Whiteboard Event?
  • A social, organized system to manage court rotation, ensuring everyone gets a chance to play. It is essentially a “waiting list” on a board.
  • Each court is assigned a skill level and a space on the whiteboard. (there might be multiple courts with the same skill level).
  • When you arrive you write your name once on the whiteboard corresponding to the skill level and court you want to play. Once 4 names are written for a court that match will begin.
  • Each match plays 4 games with no-ad scoring. When the match ends, clear the court and come back to the board to sign up for another match. If players want to sit one out then they just don’t put their name back on the board until they are ready for another match.
